  • Martin Rawlings

    Head of Finance
    Martin brings extensive experience in financial management, strategic planning, and regulatory oversight to his role as Head of Finance. Over the course of his career, he has held senior positions within several U.K.-based financial institutions, ranging from mid-sized advisory practices to larger investment and wealth-management firms. His background spans financial operations, budgeting, compliance governance, and the development of robust financial frameworks that support long-term business growth.

    Throughout his career, Martin has been responsible for overseeing financial performance, optimising operational structures, and ensuring the organisation maintains strong financial stability. He has also contributed to the refinement of risk-management systems and internal controls, helping firms strengthen their financial resilience and meet evolving regulatory standards. His experience working closely with leadership teams, advisers, and external partners has shaped a well-rounded understanding of both client-facing and operational priorities within the wealth-management sector.

  • Simon Morgan

    Chief Financial Officer
    Simon is an experienced financial executive with a long-standing career in senior leadership roles across the U.K. financial services sector. Before joining the firm as Chief Financial Officer, he held various finance leadership and strategic oversight positions within investment firms, advisory groups, and regulated financial institutions. His career has focused on strengthening financial performance, implementing sustainable growth strategies, and ensuring robust financial governance.

    Simon has led finance teams through periods of expansion, regulatory change, and operational transformation. His expertise spans corporate finance, financial planning and analysis, capital management, and the development of efficient reporting structures. He is known for building strong financial controls, enhancing operational transparency, and supporting executive decision-making with clear, forward-looking financial insight. His collaborative approach with board members, regulatory bodies, and external partners has established him as a trusted leader within the organisation.
